Accessibility Statement

Everyone should be able to read this site, use it with a keyboard or a screen reader, and book a call. Here's what we build to, how we test it, and how to reach us when something's in your way.

Effective: July 2, 2026Last updated: July 2, 2026

The short version

  • We design and test against WCAG 2.2, Level AA.
  • The whole site works with a keyboard, and focus is always visible.
  • Contrast meets AA in both light and dark mode.
  • Your “reduce motion” setting is honored everywhere.
  • The booking calendar is third-party; a human fallback is one email away.
  • Hit a barrier? Email us and we’ll fix it and help you in the meantime.

The summary is here to help; the full document below is what applies.

Our commitment

MxMacrowants everyone to be able to use this site, regardless of ability or the technology they browse with. Accessibility is part of how we build, not a bolt-on: it's in our design system, our code review, and our release checks. This page describes where we are honestly, including what we haven't solved yet.

The standard we build to

Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We believe the site substantially meets that standard today, and we keep testing rather than declare the job done: accessibility is continuous work, and no automated badge or overlay can certify it.

What we've built in

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, one main heading per page, and a logical heading order.
  • Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, and a skip-to-content link first in the tab order on every page.
  • Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text and interface parts) in both light and dark mode, enforced through our design tokens rather than checked page by page.
  • Motion that respects your prefers-reduced-motion setting: animations are dialed back or removed, and nothing flashes.
  • Labels on every form field, errors announced to assistive technology when they appear, and instructions that don't rely on color alone.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative ones are hidden.
  • Menus, dialogs, and accordions built on tested, ARIA-aware components with correct roles and focus management.
  • Touch targets sized generously, and layouts that work from small phones to wide screens at up to 200% zoom.

How we test

Every release runs automated accessibility checks (axe-core) and performance budgets in our build pipeline, and we spot-check by hand: full keyboard passes, screen-reader passes with VoiceOver and NVDA, and both color schemes at mobile and desktop sizes. Issues found this way are treated as bugs, not backlog.

Known limitations

  • Booking calendar.Scheduling is provided by a third party (Cal.com) inside an embedded frame. We chose a provider with a published accessibility commitment, but we don't control their code. If the calendar gives you trouble, email or call us and we'll book your time personally.
  • Third-party pages we link to (for example, LinkedIn profiles) follow their own accessibility practices.

Feedback & help

If anything on this site is hard to use with your setup, tell us and we'll fix it: email admin@mxmacro.comwith the page and what happened, and we'll respond within two business days. If a barrier is blocking you right now, call or text (301) 246-2191 and a founder will help you directly, including booking your call for you. This statement is reviewed with every significant site release.
