Roni runs the business at MxMacro and watches the money like it's his own. He started as an EMT on track for medical school, then realized he was more interested in why people choose what they choose than in treating them, and finished at The George Washington University with a double major in Psychology and Marketing. That mix is exactly what you want steering your growth: he reads what makes a customer pick up the phone and book, and he tracks every dollar you spend like it has to answer for itself. The EMT years made him calm under pressure and allergic to sloppy work. Off the clock, he trains martial arts, cooks, and out-eats most of his friends.

Marwane Boudriga

Marwane builds the product at MxMacro, including the websites clients hire us for. He's spent more than a decade building software people actually use, across healthcare, legaltech, and e-commerce, and he cares most about the details that decide whether a visitor becomes a customer: how fast a page loads, how it reads on a phone, and how quickly they find the button that books the job. He directs a crew of AI agents that let him ship in days what used to take a team a month, without cutting a corner you'd ever feel. Off the clock, he makes music, writes with friends, and keeps pushing what one builder can do.

Rayyan runs the machinery at MxMacro, the part clients never see but feel every day. He came up through information technology and got serious about one question: how much of a business's busywork can run itself without dropping a single lead? His answer is the setup that picks up your phone at 1 AM, the follow-up that fires before a lead goes cold, and the wiring that turns a call into a booked job without anyone retyping a thing. He builds it all to stay fast and quiet when call volume spikes, because the minute it stalls is the minute a customer books someone else. Off the clock, he's usually tinkering with some new gadget or home automation, hunting for one more thing that can run itself.
