Marketing & Growth
Roni leads marketing at Mx Macro. He came to the field by an unusual route, starting out as an EMT and heading toward medical school before realizing he was more interested in understanding people than treating them: why they decide what they decide, and what quietly moves them. He went on to graduate from The George Washington University with a double major in Psychology and Marketing, a combination that still shapes how he approaches an audience. Outside of work, he trains martial arts, cooks, and eats in unusually large amounts with friends.

Marwane Boudriga
Tech & Product
Marwane leads tech and product at Mx Macro. He has spent over a decade building software across healthcare, legaltech, and e-commerce, and along the way he grew more interested in the systems behind the product than the features on top: the shared design systems that let whole teams move fast without tripping over each other. A George Mason computer science graduate, he builds the kind of quiet infrastructure other engineers rely on, fast, considered, and made to last. Outside of work, he makes music, writes with friends, and experiments with AI agents.
